Information Parking is limited at Valhalla. When our parking lot if full, you may park in the lot by our gate on Highway 89 and take the bike path in. If you have a handicapped sticker, plackard or plate there are several handicapped designated spaces. If you have questions or require assistance please call the office at 530-541-4975 at least 24 hours in advance.

Children's Art and Theatre Camps with Gina Stowell and Anne Davidson
Monday - Friday, July 9-13 and 16 - 20, Grand Lawn, Painting Camp: 10:00 am – 1:00 pm, Drama Camp 1:30 pm – 4:30 pm 

Gina Stowell’s Outdoor Art Camp
Experience the joy of outdoor painting and drawing by the Lake at beautiful Valhalla. Gina Stowell’s outdoor painting camp is designed to help children develop and discover the excitement of painting, and the instinctual urge to play with color and shapes. Stowell’s painting sessions share art in nature, art history and painting techniques. Students please wear sunscreen and a hat plus bring a lunch and water. Students will be divided into older and younger groups for instruction (max 10 students in each group).
Painting Camp Weeks One and Two (Ages 5 to 13)
All are materials are included.

Annie Davidson’s Kids Outdoor Drama Camp
Annie’s outdoor camp are designed to have children experience their world through the dramatic arts and to help them turn their developmentally-driven imaginative plays into more formalized experiences with others. With Lake Tahoe as our natural setting, children will build a play each day, exploring story elements of setting, character, conflict, and solution. Focus is on the artistic process and using our imaginations to deepen our connection to the Earth, creativity, and each other. Each day will use a different theme to construct stories with beginning, middle and end. On Friday, come early to share in the children’s work! All materials included.
